 so i'm feeling alot better today, all i had yesterday was a cup of tea and
loads of water but i didnt have the energy to exercise :( 
so i lost like 5lbs last week wooo hooo hopefully i can do the same this week!!
I have so much energy so I am deffo gonna exercise tonight!
I hope all you ladies are doing well

 so today i feel like crap i am sooooooo ill and my muscles are so achy there is one good thing about it though i never feel hungry when im ill

so far today i have had a cup of tea and when i get home hopefully if im not feeling to bad i want to do a couple of hours exercise.

i also found this really cool website www.mydailyplate.com where you can keep track of all the calories you have consumed and how many you have burned off from exercising

Water Fast

ok so today is day 1 of my water fast & im surprisingly finding it easy but i think tomorrow will be harder i just can't wait until day 3......

I am happy to leave tips to anyone....just ask
